Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-23
This Privacy Policy explains how 桂林创世纪医疗科技有限公司, operating the InnoGen website ("InnoGen", "we", "us" or "our"), handles personal information in connection with this website.
1. Who We Are
The website is operated by 桂林创世纪医疗科技有限公司 under the InnoGen brand. You can contact us at info@ig-med.com, by telephone at +86 773 3286520, or at Room 405, 4/F, Building 3, Guilin Creative Industry Park, No. 70 Qilidian Road, Chuanshan Subdistrict, Qixing District, Guilin, Guangxi, China.
2. Information We Collect
The current website does not provide user accounts, an online enquiry form, e-commerce, online payment or newsletter registration. When you visit, our web server may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, HTTP method, requested page, response status, transferred data and request duration. The temporary regulatory-review endpoint also records browser user-agent information. The current website does not intentionally record the contents of communications through its web-server access logs.
The website provides email and telephone links. Selecting an email link opens the email application or service configured on your device; the website itself does not submit or store an enquiry form and does not automatically send the message. If you choose to send us an email, we may receive the name, organisation, contact details, message, attachments and other information that you provide.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- to detect misuse, attacks and technical failures;
- to respond to enquiries and communicate about our company or products;
- to conduct necessary customer-relationship management in connection with your enquiry;
- to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and
- to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Customer enquiries are accessible only to personnel authorised by the company for relevant business, customer-service, management, compliance or technical purposes.
4. Legal Basis
We process personal information only where a basis permitted by applicable law is available. Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, this may include your consent, taking steps at your request or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and responding to business enquiries where that basis is recognised.
5. Cookies and Analytics
As of the date of this draft, the public website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use Google Analytics or another third-party behavioural analytics service. If analytics, advertising technology, non-essential cookies or comparable functions are introduced, we will review the applicable notice and consent requirements before enabling them.
6. Service Providers
We use Tencent Cloud infrastructure to host and operate the website and Tencent Exmail to receive and manage company email. These providers may process technical, account, security, communication or service-usage information as necessary to provide their respective services and in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy documentation. Email delivery may also involve the sender's email provider and communications networks selected by the sender.
We do not embed third-party advertising, tracking pixels, externally hosted fonts or third-party media players on the current public pages.
7. International Data Transfers
The current website is hosted in mainland China, and we have not identified a routine website function that sends visitor information to an overseas analytics, advertising or content-delivery provider. Email delivery can involve different providers, networks and locations depending on the sender and recipient. We therefore do not represent that every email is processed solely in one country. Where a cross-border provision of personal information is subject to legal requirements, we will assess and implement the measures required by applicable law.
8. Retention
Website access logs are currently retained using capacity-based rotation rather than a fixed calendar period. The period represented by available logs therefore varies with traffic and operational events, and older records are overwritten as configured storage thresholds are reached.
Email enquiry information is retained while needed for business communications and necessary customer-relationship management. After the relevant business matter ends, it may be retained or deleted in accordance with applicable contractual requirements, legal obligations and the company's records-management requirements. We do not apply a single fixed retention period to every enquiry.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including restricted administrative access, network separation, access controls, access logging and backups. Access to customer enquiries is limited to personnel authorised for relevant purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or to complain to a competent authority. To make a request, contact info@ig-med.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices or applicable law. The published version will identify its effective or updated date. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@ig-med.com, by telephone to +86 773 3286520, or to the postal address listed above.
